Текущее состояние и возможности разработки углеродных паст для трафаретной печати электрохимических биосенсоров глюкозы в России

Аннотация

Растущая потребность в устройствах, с помощью которых можно количественно измерять концентрацию глюкозы в крови человека, приводит к поиску новых, недорогих и надежных решений. Одним из таких решений может быть применение электрохимических биосенсоров на основе модифицированных графитовых материалов и различных углеродных наноматериалов. Благодаря широкому окну электрохимических потенциалов, химической инертности и низкой стоимость углеродные материалы остаются одними из самых привлекательных для изготовления электродов, являющихся основным компонентом такого биосенсоров. Для изготовления подобных углеродных электродов широко используется технология трафаретной печати из-за своей простоты и возможности массового производства. При этом успех изготовления электродов в значительной степени зависит от состава электропроводящей углеродной пасты, которая включает в себя углеродные частицы, полимерное связующее и разнообразные растворители. Среди материалов на основе углерода наиболее широкое применение в электропроводящих пастах нашли графит, графен, углеродные нанотрубки и технический углерод. В качестве связующего часто используются такие полимеры, как полистирол, полианилин, полистиролсульфонат, поливинилхлорид и этилцеллюлоза. В данном обзоре рассмотрены текущее состояние и возможности разработки электропроводящей углеродной пасты для создания электрохимических биосенсоров глюкозы в России.
